"Thanks Chuck. It was excellent. I was working as a tour operator in Nepal and worked as a tour guide briefly. Moreover in my postgraduate studies in the Master of International Sustainable Tourism Management at the Monash University in Melbourne, we had to do research on 'visitor interpretation analysis'. So I am pretty much aware of the role of interpretation to increase visitation and offer memorable experiences."
